PS4 is rumored to be developing a virtual reality headset.

An overseas media outlet recently obtained a tip-off from an insider source claiming that Sony is designing and developing a virtual reality helmet for the PS4 gaming console. Moreover, this product has already been tested internally in the company with the exclusive racing game named 《Driving Club》. After players wear this device, they can look around at the in-car and surrounding environment in the game by twisting their heads, and the display effect is remarkable.

The source indicated that Sony originally intended to officially announce this product at the Gamescom held in Cologne, Germany in August, but the company eventually postponed the plan. It is speculated that the launch event might be scheduled to take place during the Tokyo Game Show (TGS) this month, when the official will also announce the launch plans for the PS4 in the Asian region.
