With the widespread popularity of camera phones, mobile services related to photo sharing are becoming more frequent. Today, I would like to recommend a few websites that offer online photo sharing from your mobile phone. You can upload and share photos directly from your phone via wireless networks! Some use MMS (not recommended), some use Email, but personally, I prefer those that allow uploads through WAP or dedicated client apps.
1) **itookthisonmyphone**: A very good free website with a dedicated mobile app for uploading. It supports multiple platforms of camera phones. You need to register for an account, and you can manage it online via PC, but uploading is only possible through the mobile app. Mobile login: http://itookthisonmyphone.com/
2) **bluepulse**: A mobile-based SNS website that supports uploading of various media types and provides SMS reminders for updates. No software installation required; just log in directly from your mobile phone: http://bluepulse.com
3) **flickr mobile**: The mobile version of the well-known photo-sharing site. You can upload photos, change photo information, and set privacy options. Direct mobile login: http://m.flickr.com/
4) **picasa**: Originally, I didn't plan to include this because the current Picasa Mobile only supports browsing. However, after the Picasa mobile client for BlackBerry teased at CES, everyone's expectations have been raised—it’s probably coming soon. Its feature integrates BlackBerry tightly with Picasa Web Albums. For example, BlackBerry users can geotag or add tags to their photos before uploading since Picasa Web Albums has been integrated with BlackBerry's camera program. For more information, search online. If interested in the existing version, mobile users can log in directly: http://picasaweb.google.com/m/
5) **Mickey (Micat)**: This is a mobile application that allows users to send photos, videos, and text from their phones to major domestic and international online albums, video sites, and blog spaces anytime, anywhere. Currently, Mickey already perfectly supports numerous well-known Web 2.0 service providers both domestically and internationally, such as Sina Blog, Sohu Blog, NetEase Blog, Baidu Album, Youku, Six Rooms, YouTube, Flickr, Yupoo, Google Picasa Web, etc. In addition, Mickey also offers multiple functions including cloud storage, backup contact list, and super MMS. 6) **Baba Bian**: Their mobile app seems quite impressive; you can check out detailed information here.
7) **yupoo**: Yupoo's WAP site is also a great option. Direct mobile login: http://m.yupoo.com
8) **snapmylife**: The interface feels similar to the mobile version of Flickr—give it a try!
9) **photobucket**: A very good photo-sharing website, highly recommended! Access via WAP: http://m.photobucket.com
10) **gypsii**: A great community-based website that supports video and photo uploads, and even allows you to submit your location to share your real life. There's a dedicated client available, currently supporting S60 and Windows Mobile, with a Java version coming soon. Login with your mobile phone: gypsii.com/m
Some other options include photo upload features within apps like mig33, or the mobile versions of older communities like MySpace and Facebook, which are also excellent choices. For more information, you can refer to previous posts on this site.
