Similar to the U.S. government's annual "special 301 report" on intellectual property protection, the International Intellectual Property Alliance (IIPA) - whose members include the BSA(Business Software Alliance of the United States), ESA(Entertainment Software Alliance), The MPAA(Motion Picture Association of America) and the RIAA(Recording Industry Association of America) - released their Special 301 report, which lists 38 countries that need to implement stricter IP protection policies, and of course China is definitely among them, and it is a priority to watch. Priority watch list includes: Argentina, Brunei, Canada (?) Chile, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Mexico, Pakistan, People's Republic of China, Philippines, Russia, Thailand.
