100CheerGirl: Encouragement from one hundred girls to job seekers

100cheergirl is an independent website produced by Human Capital, a recruitment company that also owns a job search website. 100cheergirl does something very simple: it found 100 Japanese girls, filmed a video for each of them, and put these videos on the website for people to watch. These 100 Japanese girls are all ordinary workers - there are nurses, fitness coaches, cheerleaders, shop assistants, etc. In each video, there is a girl working hard, along with a few words of encouragement for job seekers. The diligent smiles of these 100 girls are very warming.
