According to Heron, 40 per cent of global malware originated in Beijing in June, nearly double the 21 per cent recorded in May. However, only 5 per cent of global spam in June came from Beijing, down from 11 per cent in May. When it comes to sources of malware, Beijing tops the list with a commanding lead; In second place is Australia's Wattleup, with 3.7 per cent. Madrid, Spain, came in third with just 2.5 per cent.
