Macroglossa, originating from Porano Terni in Italy, can be referred to as a visual search engine. By identifying, analyzing, interpreting, comparing, and searching images, it helps users determine what the image is, what the full picture looks like, and find images similar to it.
The operation of Macroglossa is very simple. Users first need to upload the image they wish to understand along with the image theme (or category). Currently, only the jpg format is supported, with a minimum image size of 160 * 160 px and a maximum size of 1920 * 1080 px. The image file name should be in English. Additionally, Macroglossa currently focuses on four main image themes: Animals, Biological, Panoramic, and Artworks.
