Rafal Olbinski's hallucinatory poster art

Rafal Olbinski was born in Poland and graduated from the Architecture Department of the Warsaw Technical School. He moved to the United States in 1981 and soon became known as a master of theatrical poster design. Rafal Olbinski has won several grand prizes at the World Poster Grand Prix, and in 1994 was awarded the "Savignac Prize", the highest honor for poster design art, in Paris. His works use optical illusions to reveal the meaning of drama.
