Man-made disasters are more fearful than natural ones: the dark lens of the Libya air raid

After the UN Security Council authorized the use of "all necessary measures" to protect civilians, the fighter aircraft of the US, UK and French forces formally attacked the Libyan government army, and thus began a "man-made disaster".
