The plugin is called Extended Talk, or ET, and was developed by the popular Gtalk resource customizetalk.com. customizetalk.com is the most famous GTalk-related site on the web, featuring GTalk-related news, themes, skins, tips, chatbots and more. After the development and testing of ET, the first official version was officially released.
