When making a 3D spherical photo gallery, I found that various wonderful surfaces could be generated by using different combinations of sin and cos. It's pretty visual. Click on a flash blank to change the 3D ball into various shapes. The combined parameters of these shapes are random, and theoretically there are 2 to the fifth possibilities.
