Upgrade RC method from Windows 7 Beta

Microsoft recommends a clean install of Windows 7 RC, rather than an upgrade from Windows 7 Beta (or any other version). It is usually not possible to upgrade directly from Beta to RC unless you can bypass the upgrade version check process, which is still not recommended by Microsoft.
