A fun blog tool - POQUE, which supports Chinese as well. - Dog Car Journal

POQUE is a blog tool that can read the XML (RDF) files of a blog and display its images in flash format, as demonstrated above. I originally thought that Chinese characters would cause garbled code issues, but it turns out that it has great support for them. If you want to use it, your blog must at least allow you to add custom codes. Blogs like BlogChina, which are BSPs, or MSN Spaces that have restrictions on adding HTML codes might work, but they haven't been tested.
