Microsoft, Apple, and Google are being sued for infringing icon patents

Cygnus Systems, a web company based in Michigan, is suing Microsoft, Apple and Google for allegedly infringing on a patent it just received. The patent provides access to and navigation of files in the form of thumbnails. Microsoft Vista, Apple's Cover Flow, and Google's Chrome allegedly violate the patent. Cygnus says more companies will be sued later.
