TechCrunch: An aerial view of the Inauguration (first satellite images)

The dark stretch between the Washington Monument and Capitol Hill is no giant ant colony. This is the first satellite image of the inauguration taken by GeoEye-1 at 11:19. The GeoEye-1 satellite also feeds Google Maps and Google Earth images, so we may one day be able to see these images there as well.
