We knew that using Gmail to make calls to the US and Canada was completely free, but now Google has shocked us once again! As long as you use Gmail to make domestic calls, both parties are free!

The steps are as follows:

1. Make sure you see the "Call phone" button in the Chat list after logging into Gmail. There are two ways to do this:

If you log in to Gmail using a US or Canadian IP address, you will be able to see the button.

Second, set the Gmail language to US English, it is also possible to use the call function.

2, install Gmail voice and video chat browser plug-in .

3. Click the "Call phone" button in the "Chat" list to dial your own Google Voice phone number, such as: (111) 222-333

4, hear the Google Voice prompt: "You do not have a new message, press" 2 "to make a call, press" 4 "to change the Settings." We press "2" key.

5, hear the Google Voice voice prompt again: "Please enter the phone number you want to dial, press the" # "key to confirm. If it is an international call, press "011", then enter the country number, and finally enter the phone number.

Here are 2 examples:

If the China Mobile phone number I want to dial is: 13866667777, I should press the key to enter: 0118613866667777#

If the domestic landline number I want to dial is: 021-77778888, I should press the key to enter: 011862177778888# (Note: 21 is the Shanghai area code, please do not enter 021, this is wrong).

6, again hear Google Vocie voice prompt: "This is a free call!" "And then the call went straight through.

Such a big good thing, everyone hurry to try it yourself!
