Google is always more creative, more thoughtful, and more interesting than Baidu.
The Christmas doodle may be the most important one among the many doodles Google creates each year. This year's Christmas doodle took approximately 250 hours to complete by five artists and went online at 9:00 AM Eastern Time on Thursday. It will be displayed on Google's homepage for two and a half days. Micheal Lopez, as Google's chief doodle artist, said, "We wanted to end the year with a bang." The 2010 Christmas doodle aims to depict the holiday scenes from 17 countries around the world. They originally planned to release them gradually, but when Google executives saw the designs last week, they decided to release all the pictures at once, which made Lopez have to rush to finish the final design.
