Chang Xiaobing :3G covered 284 urban mobile phone subsidies do not make mistakes

April 1, Chang Xiaobing, chairman of the board of directors of China Unicom, said yesterday at the 2008 results conference that this year Unicom WCDMA network will cover 284 cities in China, and is expected to obtain 20% share of the domestic mobile communications market in the next three years.
