Sharp Unveils Touchscreen Phone with 1024x480 Resolution

The latest news from Sharp is that they have announced the launch of the FULLTOUCH 931SH, with Softbank as the carrier. This touch-screen phone under the AQUOS brand is currently the product with the highest resolution. Its LCD resolution reaches as high as 1024x480, which is only more than a hundred pixels narrower than a popular Netbook. This means it can effortlessly handle movie playback and web browsing. It also has a built-in 1Seg tuner for clear TV programs viewing. This phone also features a 5.2-megapixel camera, Bluetooth, GPS, and HSDPA 3G support. The expected release date is November, and the price is yet unknown.
