Yahoo combined YouTube and iTunes to seize the digital music market

Us Internet giant Yahoo will tomorrow launch an "artist page" that will allow users to link to digital music on YouTube's iTunes, Pandora and other sites.

The Northern California-based company said today that Yahoo Music (Yahoo! Music) Artist web design displays concert dates, music videos, band reviews, streaming music, and other music-related online content.

"We've designed a truly open and indispensable music web," said Jeff Dossett, senior vice president of Yahoo's North American user group.
