BackupMyBlog is a site that provides automatic backups of MySQL data and is currently in Beta testing. According to the official website, they support data backup for all mysQL-based blogs, and the backup frequency is not bad - once a day. The only bummer is that free users can only enjoy up to 10MB of data backup
