Skype compensates Chinese users for 30 minutes of call time

Skype China User Compensation plan:

1. Coverage: TOM-Skype users in China registered before August 18, 2007 (inclusive).

2. Eligibility: Use TOM-Skype China version.

3. Compensation: Meet the above conditions, free 30 minutes of domestic call time (only for TOM-SkyPE version 3.2 and above).
