Kingsoft listed in Hong Kong

On October 9, 2007, Kingsoft was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and was warmly sought after by investors. Kingsoft (stock code 3888) is offering 213.3 million shares at HK $3.6 each in its Hong Kong listing. Lei Jun, President and CEO of Kingsoft, said: "October 9, 2007 is a very important historical moment for Kingsoft and the entire Chinese software industry. We are very pleased that investors are optimistic about Kingsoft and thank users for their long-term support of Kingsoft."
