WP Super Cache's creepy GZip download BUG | hippy

Note to the owners of Wordpress sites that have the WP Super Cache plugin enabled to speed up, we have found a very strange and subtle BUG introduced in WP Super Cache version 0.9.8! The browser fails to open the website. Instead, the user is prompted to download the GZip compression package. After the package is decompressed, the html document is displayed on the homepage of the website. And this can happen with browsers of any kernel.
