Four mutant turtles, living in the sewers of New York City, embark on a crime-fighting mission in New York City after their teacher, a Japanese ninja, is infected with a harmful liquid and mutates into a mouse, teaching them ninja psychology and martial arts. The four turtles are named after four famous historical figures: Da Vinci, Longfield, Einstein and Michelangelo.
