Windows Live Custom Domains Chinese Version Released

Windows Live Custom Domains is the free email service provided in Microsoft's Live strategy. It is similar to the Gmail for your domain offered by Google. That is, if you own your own domain, you don't have to spend money buying mailbox space - Microsoft and Google provide it for free. However, Microsoft has already opened registration and launched a Chinese version today, while Google's service still requires an application and is difficult to get approval. I've applied several times but haven't received any response. Additionally, the interface is still in hard-to-understand English.
