A few new features of Firefox 3 that I have come across

# Powerful address bar suggestions

It's no longer just a "suggestion" — it’s essentially an instant local cache search engine. As you type, Firefox searches for possible matches in your bookmarks and history, covering page titles (including Chinese characters) and all fields of URLs, not just the beginning. It then sorts the results by intelligent matching relevance. For example, if you once visited a page related to earthquakes but don't remember the address, simply typing "地震" (earthquake) in the address bar will list pages whose titles or addresses contain the word "地震." You can also use spaces to separate multiple keywords.

# Address bar supports Chinese character encoding

For example: If you search for "老肥," the resulting URL will be google.com/search?q=老肥, instead of being encoded as %E8%80%81%E8%82. Similarly, fisio.cn/tag/扩展 will retain the Chinese characters without encoding them into percent-encoded format.
