Since Microsoft launched the Beta version of Office Live Workspace six months ago, the number of users who have used it has exceeded one million. Microsoft plans to launch the official version of Office Live Workspace by the end of the year.
Office Live Workspace is an online document storage and sharing service offered by Microsoft. It allows users to access, share, and save more than 1,000 Office files online via the internet.
It can be used on a PC, kiosk, or other internet-connected devices, regardless of whether Office is installed or not.
Currently, Office Live Workspace supports 11 languages, and this number is expected to increase to 37 before the official version is released.
During the six-month testing phase, most users were satisfied with the Office Live Workspace service provided by Microsoft. Many students especially liked using this service for its fast and convenient remote access to their Office files.
Initially, the Beta version that was opened globally only supported English. However, over these six months, Microsoft has been working hard to add more features to Office Live Workspace. Now, it also supports Portuguese, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Spanish, and Traditional Chinese.
