Microsoft officially launches the web version of Office

Microsoft formally launched the Web-based Office at PDC08, a lightweight version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote applications. Users can create, edit and write Office documents via a browser. It's obviously aimed at Google Docs.
