Beijing Telecom 3G network has commercial conditions to reach 98% coverage within the fifth ring

Beijing Telecom said that it has basically met the conditions for commercial use of 3G networks. After three months of network upgrading and commissioning work, its 3G(EVDO) network coverage in most areas within Beijing's Fifth Ring Road will reach 98 percent by the end of March.
