Divers have found a strange fish off the coast of Japan, dubbed the Shrek because of its bizarre appearance.
The "Shrek" is actually an Asian sheephead wrasse, which is distinguished by its peculiar protruding head and is found in the waters of Japan. The Asian sheepshead wrasse now found has a larger head bulge, which makes it look like a sea monster.
When divers filmed the fish in action, they immediately thought it looked a lot like Shrek. The fish has been alive for 30 years and usually feeds on sea shells and crustaceans.
