The world's ten ugliest buildings: London Millennium Dome tops the list (picture)

According to the website of the US Cable News Network (CNN), CNN recently selected the world's ten ugliest buildings based on public opinion from residents in many areas. Five of these structures were the same as those previously selected by Forbes as the world's ugliest buildings. All these buildings cost a fortune, but now they look like ugly monsters.
