The shadow system is mainly used to protect your system, it builds a virtual image of the existing operating system (i.e. shadow mode), it is exactly like the real system, the user can choose to enable or exit this virtual image at any time. After the user enters the shadow mode, all operations are virtual and will not affect the real system, and all changes will disappear after exiting the shadow mode. Therefore, all viruses, trojans, and rogue software can not harm the real operating system, and all their operations are just illusions.
After you start the shadow mode, it is still used exactly the same as the original system, but if you are invaded by viruses and trojans before the next startup, damaging your system, you do not have to worry, all operations are for the shadow of your original system. All your operations, including the installation program, are also invalid the next time you start with the original system, which is very useful for doing program installation tests, and will not generate junk files because of installation and uninstallation! Unlike restore software, PowerShadow does not need to do any mirror image, PowerShadow is not a virtual system, it is a "shadow system" of your original operating system.
