Simply dress up Windows 7 as Mac OS X Lion

If you like the appearance of the new Mac OS X Lion and only have a PC with Windows 7, are you out of luck? If there were a set of software that could easily install/remove Mac OS X Lion on your Windows 7, or make Windows 7 look just like the Mac OS X Lion operating system, would you install it?
