Mozilla finally launched the official version of its new online toolkit, SeaMonkey, in February. SeaMonkey includes many commonly used tools needed for browsing the internet and is an upgraded product from the Mozilla Suite series.
The components of the SeaMonkey toolkit include: web browsing, RSS reader, email client, IRC client, HTML editing tool, and more. SeaMonkey incorporates features from Mozilla's new products, such as Firefox 1.5 and Thunderbird 1.5, making this software package more in line with current trends in web application software.
