Is it reasonable for non-commercial reprints?

There is a link here: http://blog.sina.com.cn/u/1409431323. It seems to be a blogger from Sina. I took a quick look, and most of the articles are recommendations on the front page of QiKe Discovery. What I want to say is that these recommendations don't come easily. First, there needs to be someone with a shovel digging deep into the ground, not just for a day but for long-term hard work; then there needs to be a group of editors staring at their monitors, reading extensively and tirelessly until they can pick up knowledge effortlessly; furthermore, there needs to be a community of users who love QiKe Discovery, enduring all kinds of difficulties wholeheartedly and enthusiastically striving forward, persistently discussing and even sacrificing for the greater good, showing deep gratitude and respect.

...Everyone understands the meaning, and that's enough—I won’t overcomplicate it with fancy words! This blogger, you can see how incredibly difficult it is for something to be recommended out of millions of suggestions and make it to the front page of QiKe Discovery. You casually re-posted it, and your blog now has real content. Even if re-posting is reasonable, couldn't you take a moment to thank the many contributors and editors at QiKe Discovery who made those recommendations possible?
