Adobe's intention is very clear. The launch of Acrobat is undoubtedly aimed at Google Docs, Live Workspace, WebEx, GoTo Meeting, hoping to secure a place in online office software and change the situation where Microsoft and Google dominate. Acrobat mainly includes three parts: Adobe Buzzword (online word processing), Adobe ConnectNow (online meetings), Adobe Share (online sharing). It also comes with PDF file editing, document management and other functions. However, although it is claimed as an open beta test, these functions are only available to existing Adobe registered users and not open to new registrations.
