Microsoft used to use Windowslive.com as the main hub to get information about its Live-branded services such as Messager, Hotmail, Spaces, Skydrive and Photo Gallery. Today, Microsoft has re-launched the site as a community site where users can exchange ideas on how to best use these tools. Marty Collins, Senior Marketing Manager of Windows Live, explained to us last week in an interview with a reporter why the site was redesigned: to better focus on users using these services in order to cultivate an active user community.
