To complement the network applications of the iPhone 3G, Apple specifically upgraded its previous internet service, Mac, to MobileMe. It provides 20GB of online storage space. Users can get Me.com iPhone email, contact list, and calendar push services, and can also log in to the website from any browser to achieve email, online photo albums, personal websites, online storage, and other applications under the Web 2.0 user interface.
The iPhone 2.0 firmware comes with a 60-day MobileMe trial, after which it costs $99 per year.
