Google launches Search History (beta)

Personalized search is optimized on top of Google Search to sort search results based on your past searches. At first, you may not feel much of a difference, but as your search history accumulates, the effectiveness of your personalized search results will continue to improve. By clicking on the "Search History" link on the Google home page, you can view your search history on that page at any time.

If you don't want to include specific search results in your search history, just click the Pause button on that page. Your search results are not saved to search history or used to personalize search results until you click Recover.
