Hebei Tangshan Renren Information Service Co., Ltd. sent a 91-page, 16-page "application for anti-monopoly investigation" to an official at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce's anti-monopoly office, applying for an anti-monopoly investigation of Baidu's abuse of market dominance and a 170 million yuan fine. This is the first case in the Internet field since the implementation of the anti-monopoly law.
