[Photo group] NASA released spectacular space photos of the Earth

NASA's Earth Observatory online library recently released a collection of stunning images of the Earth taken during 2008, from a spectacular line of clouds over the Caspian Sea in January to a "great alopecia areata" caused by deforestation in Bolivia in December, CNN reported.
