This picture is not ice or jelly. Yes, it's a "pile" of water, and this "pile" of water is suspended in the air. How can you suspend water in the air? In this incredible video, the author points out that with just a piece of cardboard, a glass of water, and a smooth tabletop, you can also suspend a glass of water and create an upside-down tornado of water.
